Eunice Olsen, FOUNDER & CEO

Eunice has over 20 years of media and communications experience through her work as a TV host, actress, producer, events emcee, public and social policy advocate, consultant and trainer.

She has also been an ambassador and spokesperson for global brands such as Shell, Lancome, Physiogel, Nescafe, Redken, Motorola, BlackBerry, and helped to advocate social impact campaigns for the Singapore Red Cross, Habitat For Humanity, World Vision as well as MTV EXIT to raise awareness about human trafficking and modern-day slavery.

The winner of Miss Singapore Universe in 2000, she is the nation’s youngest Nominated Member of Parliament to serve two terms, is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, and an ASEAN Youth Award recipient.

Eunice is commissioned by corporations and organisations to host, moderate and speak at live and virtual events. Highlights include delivering the keynote introductory speech at the Cartier Women’s Initiative Awards, hosting a fireside chat with the former Prime Minister of Denmark, delivering talks at the United Nations HQ in New York and at the LH Forum (by the Positive Economy Institute) in Le Havre, France.

Topics that she is frequently asked to speak on and moderate include social impact and sustainability issues such as women’s empowerment, gender equality, people with disabilities, media ethics, and the circular economy. She has spoken at Google, Twitter, Facebook, INSEAD, IIMPACT Global, and the Asian Women Leadership Summit.

She is also a popular motivational speaker - engaged by both corporates and educational institutions from Singapore’s Ministry of Education schools, international schools and tertiary institutions like the Singapore Management University and National University of Singapore. Eunice has also had the privilege of conducting an executive education course at Harvard University, as well as facilitated communications training for senior civil servants. C-suites and post-graduates.

She currently serves on the advisory boards of the National Museum of Singapore, Club H.E.A.L the Women’s Register, is an adviser for Space For Humanity and business council advisory member to August Robotics and has previously sat on the councils and committees of the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO), Community Chest of Singapore and the People’s Association Teen Network Club.

An accomplished pianist and musician, Eunice conceptualised and produced WomenTalk, an International Emmy Award nominated series and wrote a children’s book ‘I’m a Girl! See what I can be’ that won the Gold Medal and the Independent Spirit Award for Most Outstanding Books of the Year at the Independent Publisher Awards.

FRANCES CHONG, COO

Frances has over 24 years of event management, marketing and advertising experience. She started her career at The Event Company, specialising in event management services and consultancy across APAC before moving to the dark, client side working at Nokia and eventually to Vertu as regional head of marketing.

Building an expertise in the mobile category, she then moved to Motorola where she was the Brand Marketing Director (APAC), working on numerous award winning campaigns including (RED) - which was started by U2’s Bono - leading the regional rollout of the global campaign with 13 top celebrity influencers.

At Motorola, she and her team also supported local musicians and fashion designers as well as focused on CSR programs that partnered with volunteer welfare and grassroots organizations.

Following this, she started her own boutique advertising agency Squake, which worked with clients such as BlackBerry and Standard Chartered. In 2015, she took up her new role of Chief Operations Officer at Eunice Olsen Media.
